"Antipasto Platter"


 

Ingredients

  • Assorted Olives
  • Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers
  • Crisp Asparagus
  • Assortment of Vegan Deli Slices, we prefer Yves® or Cedar Lake®
  • Any type of veggies you prefer.

Steps

  • Start with a large platter and arrange your Deli Slices rolled up with
    a fancy fringed toothpick.
  • Lightly steam your asparagus. When cool, arrange on your platter.
  • Cut your variety of peppers into strips and arrange on your platter.
  • The key is to make it colorful and bountiful.
  • If you prefer, you may place everything on a bed of Romaine or Red Bib Lettuce.
  • We like to serve this with a cruet of “Delicious Dressing” on the side.
