"Carob Peanut Butter Cups"


 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups carob chips
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter [chunky is good]
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ¼- ½ cup of expeller pressed oil

Steps

  • Melt together over low heat or double boiler.
  • Spoon into bottom of mini cupcake holders, then put a small amount of peanut butter in, and top with more melted carob.
  • Chill and serve. Keep refrigerated.
