"Cheese Cake"


 

Ingredients

  • Have ready your graham cracker crust or the Caramel Nut Crust.

Filling

  • 2 containers Soyco Cream Cheese® or Tofutti® brand*
  • 8 oz. Soyco Sour Cream® or Tofutti® brand*
  • 2/3 cup fructose
  • 3 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tsp. Ener G Egg Replacer®*
  • 4 Tbl. water
  • pinch of salt

Steps

  • Mix egg replacer with water and set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese in food processor, or with an electric mixer until soft and creamy.
  • Beat in fructose. Add fresh lemon juice, vanilla and salt.
  • Continue mixing while adding egg replacer mixture and sour cream.
  • Pour into un-baked pie shell. Cook for 20 -30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Cool completely before adding your topping.
