"Natural Nachos"


 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag baked, natural corn chips
  • 1 jar natural salsa, we like Amy's Organic®
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped black olives
  • soy sour cream [see recipe section]

Steps

  • Prepare nachos by spreading chips on a baking sheet or an oven-proof serving dish.
  • Thin the refried beans with a small amount of water until they are easy to dish out.
  • Drizzle the cheese sauce [in recipe section] over the beans and chips and place in a hot oven just until they are warmed through.
  • Top with any of the veggies of your choice. Spoon the salsa over the veggies and finally top with a dollop of sour cream.

If desired, garnish with chopped cilantro and dig in!
