"Ting-a-lings"


 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 cups carob chips vegan, non-dairy
  • 2 cups cashew pieces toast in oven first [opt]
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • ½ cup raisins

Steps

  • Melt the first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan.
  • Stir with a wire whip as the peanut butter starts to soften.
  • Add the carob chips and keep stirring until they are melted with the peanut butter.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in the cashew pieces, chow mein noodles, and raisins.
  • Place plastic wrap on a cookie sheet and drop the mixture by spoonfuls in desired shapes.
  • Refrigerate until set up, about 20 minutes.
